From October 19th to 20th, 2017, the XXVI SEAE Technical Conference on “Agroecological Innovation and Climate Change” took place.
The conference was held at the Miguel Hernández University (Orihuela, Alicante) and its objective was to exchange experiences, studies and agroecological innovations that favor adaptation to climate change, analyze the contribution to adaptation to climate change of the agroecological practices and innovations, and propose measures and recommendations to promote the implementation of innovations from the public and private sectors.
J.M. Mesado, as a representative of La Unió, was able to present the LIFE Low Carbon Feed project in line with the theme of the conference. This project proposes the mitigation of Climate Change through the use of a goat feed based on agricultural by-products.
