The Environment and Climate Action Program (LIFE) is the financial instrument of the European Union dedicated to the environment for the period 2014-2020. Its overall objective is based on catalyzing changes in policy development and implementation, providing solutions and practices for environmental and climate challenges, and promoting innovative technologies. Elena Barrios as National Contact Point explained the news of the 2019 call.
The event was attended by around 80 people, some of them project managers. During the day there were several exhibitions of active LIFE projects that are having great success. On this occasion, 18 LIFE projects have participated, one of them being the LCFEED project, which also participated by making a brief presentation.
As a result, it has been possible to know other projects with similar priorities and contacts have been established to hold bilateral meetings as the results are obtained.
