The conference held within the framework of the European EMBRACE project took place on November 19, 2019 in FEDACOVA (Valencia)The Embrace project is part of the Interreg Med program, co-financed with European funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Among its partners is the Valencian Community Agri-Food Business Federation as well as 9 beneficiaries from more than 6 countries.
The Embrace project aims to help companies and promote awareness-raising actions among policy makers and stakeholders with the aim of increasing the application of Circular Economy principles in the day-to-day of companies in the agri-food sector.
The theme of the conference was the future challenges of the agri-food sector and how to adapt to changes in a sustainable way. Pepe Castro, as coordinator of La Unió and the LIFE Low Carbon Feed project, had the opportunity to present the keys to this project.
